Returns and Exchanges
At Malaiyyo, we maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.
We do not offer Returns and Exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. In case damages, contact our customer care team on WhatsApp on +919892928336 within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will support you with the next steps.
A photo and video of the product should be sent to the Customer Care team. Upon review and approval,the team would organise a pick-up.
Items must be in new, unworn condition, with tags intact and returned in the original Malaiyyo box.
Products sent without the Malaiyyo box or in loose/unsealed packaging or without tags will not be accepted.
If your order included any free gifts, they must also be returned.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return/exchange.
Upon due diligence and review of the product received, you will receive a store credit in case of returns or the exchanged product will be shipped, as applicable.
This whole process may take up to 15 days.
Returns are not accepted on products purchased on sale or other promotional offers.
